The “Light Roadster Disc” takes the standard LR frame [see LR page] and enhances it a bit with Paragon stainless steel disc brake dropouts. These dropouts are fitted with sliding inserts that make the Deluxe model a  convert-able drive train bike. You can run internal gear hubs, single speed or derailleurs. The cable guides can be custom to the drive train choice or a universal set that can utilize all the choices.

Like the Standard LR the Disc model is based on the Shimano Alfine 8 speed internal gear hub. This is one of the best all round drive trains with flawless operation. However some like the simple to use single speed option [$2,400.00] or some prefer [due to hill climbing needs] of a triple crank derailleur system[$2,600.00] or for the ultimate in internal gear system the Rohloff hub [$3,900.00]

A  unique option to the disc model LR is that the rims can be powder coated [additional $80.00]. You can have black or silver and or any color on the ANT 18 color pallet.
